Design Now

Memphis College of Art announces the opening of Design Now, an exhibition by the students of the Department of Design. The exhibition will open on Nov. 26 and continue through Dec. 7 in the Lower Gallery, Rust Hall, 1930 Poplar Ave., Overton Park.
The exhibition will feature work from fall semester projects including poster designs for the National Portfolio Day Association (NPDA) to publicize Portfolio Days across the nation to potential art students, a collaboration with design students from Se Jong University in Seoul, Korea designed to raise awareness of global and local water issues, and brochure and mural designs for the Strawberry Plains Audubon Center.
Rust Hall’s Lower Gallery is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.; and Sunday noon – 4 p.m.  All MCA exhibitions are free and open to the public.
