The Great Mississippi Whale Watch Tonight

by - June 01, 2013

Celebrate the beginning of summer with the Great Mississippi Whale Watch at the Metal Museum tonight, June 1, from 7-10pm! Enjoy food, drinks, dancing and nautical fun while watching for those elusive Mississippi River whales from their beautiful bluff-top vantage point (they expect them to swim by just before sunset).

Tickets are $30 for members, $40 for non-members, purchased at the door. Ticket price includes light hors d'oeuvres, 2 drink tickets, a commemorative cup and admission to the grounds after hours. It's an evening you won't want to miss!

There will be a P2C2E art and technology odyssey created by Christopher Reyes. METAL WORX, an audio and visual experience specifically mapped to the facade of the library will transform an iconic building into a work of art. An original score produced by Ninjacat will accompany the installation.
